MATHEW SCOTT - Director Of Operations and Integration
The TBS team comes together under the workmanship of Mat. With over 20 years of on the tools experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, it has taken him all over Australia and other parts of the world. His strength is in commissioning and plant optimisation and is really focused on customer relations, and making sure that all clients needs are exceeded on every job.
GRANT BIRRELL - Finance Director
Grant lives and breathers everything to do with the automotive industry, and finances. He's passionate about helping businesses create the company they want, by providing hassle free options. He understands the challenges of running a business, and serves clients by making them stand out from the competition.
CHRIS TODD - Managing Director
After working both on and off the tools in the industry for over 13 years, Chris has worked for and managed some of Melbourne's most trusted air conditioning and refrigeration companies. His strength has always been his attention to detail, safety - for himself, the client, and everyone on the worksite, and processes to ensure each job and clients expectations are met and exceeded in the most efficient way possible. Chris also holds a certificate IV in Project Management and has managed many air conditioning projects over the years up to and including large commercial central plant projects, all delivered on time and to the highest possible standards. With his experience Chris understands the job or project from start to finish and can communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved, from trades and site foreman to the contracts administrators and management team.
